Musk ox wool has a unique warmth and has been measured to be eight times warmer than lambswool. The wool is without lanolin and therefore does not trigger the same allergies as other types of wool can. The wool is lightweight, soft, and is popular for pain relief in chronic conditions such as arthritis. All our wool comes from wild musk oxen in the area around Kangerlussuaq, Greenland, and our products encounter no strong chemicals throughout the process from wild animal to finished product.
